Always Start with a Solid Base

The base is the foundation of your smoothie, setting the stage for all other flavors. It’s therefore important to choose the right liquid (which acts as the base) for both taste and texture. You can opt for liquids like almond milk, coconut water and green tea.

Freeze Your Fruits and Veggies

The Consistency Matters A Lot
