College life can be a rush of classes, assignments, social events, and late-night study sessions. These activities will usually leave college students with little or no room for self-care. However, as a student, your self-care and health are super important, and it shouldn’t be another daunting task.

Hydration is Key

Coffee might seem more tempting sometimes but water should be your real MVP. Staying hydrated helps maintain your energy and focus.

Mindful Moments

Your mental health is just as important as your physical health. Hence, incorporating mindfulness into your routine with simple practices like meditation, taking a deep breath, or journaling is key.
