1. Diced Tomatoes  

Aldi offers various brands of diced tomatoes, including canned ones. These are usually pocket-friendly and great for preparing tomato sauce and pasta dishes. To make the sauce, you only need to add oregano, ginger, garlic, and basil, which are not only preservatives but also add flavor.

Aldi’s healthy meals are possible thanks to the salt-free diced tomatoes, which help reduce sodium and, by extension, prevent cardiovascular diseases.

2. Greek Yogurt

Another Aldi pick that nutritionists recommend for a healthier diet is low-sugar, nonfat Greek yogurt. This special yogurt is plain but loaded with probiotics that foster gut health.
